This beautiful project in the heart of Ballsbridge involved the extension and renovation of a Victorian Dublin redbrick house on Lansdowne Road, a protected structure of historic importance. The double height extension echoed the scale of the original building to create an impressive, coherent blend of old and new.

We worked closely with the clients and architects from structural repairs through to high end finishes and landscaping. As well as the new build extension we project managed repairs to historic plaster and brickwork, stone cleaning, window restoration, gutter and downpipe repairs and installation of fitted furniture, kitchens, light fittings and painting.
