Clareville, Malahide
History
Build commenced June 2014. Arthur was the main project lead and foreman on site and from the get go the teamwork between our architect, Bredican and ourselves was evident. Many challenges came up but we felt these were always managed and resolved with our interests and expectations as clients to the forefront. Communication was excellent and timely between all parties and we can recall many spontaneous calls and on site meetings whenever required to resolve some complex technical aspects of the build. “Good enough” was never good enough, getting it right was the standard.

The Architect
We had the pleasure of working with M.Bredican Construction on a complex and difficult extension and refurbishment project. The reason that we choose Michael and his team was their competency, attention to detail and their ability to understand the brief. We believe that it essential that you can trust the builder to deliver on the design as intended and meet and exceed the expectations of the client with regard to the finished works.”

“If your were to sum up M.Bredican Construction it would be ‘quality’ and this is a criteria that should be placed ahead of all other when it comes to selecting a builder, we believe that this is what we received on our project. We would not hesitate in recommending M.Bredican Construction and we are certain that we will be working with them in the future.

CLIENT TESTIMONIAL
Our objective was to remodel our existing house to take advantage of light and views of the garden. To reconfigure the kitchen living and dining areas into a single open plan space filled with light. Our architect Brian was inspirational in coming up with a design to achieve this through adding a large open plan extension in a contemporary style, zinc clad with large glazed areas to the south and west opening onto a redesigned patio area.
