The refurbishment of the existing 60 year old building and an extension were undertaken by Michael and his team and have become a showpiece, not only for his own business, but an example of how far technology can go to deliver energy efficiency.

Bredican’s house in Clontarf includes thermal solar panels, a deep bore heat pump, a condensing gas boiler, underfloor heating and heat recovery ventilation.

The same level of attention to detail is on display throughout the house but in particular the specialist joinery work that is a highlight of every room.
